1. All products purchased at the ColorOnpro web site are returnable for credit subject to the following conditions:
a. ColorOn must be contacted by email (sales@coloronpro.ca) or by Phone (604.638.1790) within 30 days of purchase date to make a return.
b. Returned products must be in their unopened original packaging.
c. Only products in new unused condition can be returned for credit.
d. Customers returning products are responsible for all return shipping charges and shipped to: Courtside Media, Inc. 201-1089 W. Broadway | Vancouver, BC V6H1E5 | Canada
e. Used product and Custom orders are not returnable.
2. Manufacturers Defect returns are subject to the following return policy;
a. All items must be shipped prepaid to Courtside Media, Inc. #201-1089 W. Broadway | Vancouver, BC | V6H1E5 | Canada
b. Items returned under defect will be for exchange only, no credit will be issued.
c. Your replacement product will be shipped back to you for free.
